The building itself was really nice, more traditional looking, but with well-equipped rooms and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Check-in was flexible and with very good instructions.

Wow! A truly exceptional place; immaculate, comfortable, modern amenities, and minutes' walk to the most amazing swimming places in Lugano. Giorgia and all the staff without exception are delightful people who genuinely care about their guests. Efficient, organized, cheerful and welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were of the highest quality we experienced in Northern Italy.
