Love the uniqueness, views and comfort

Wonderful place, very friendly hosts. Nice location. Amazing room and the bathroom in the highest standards. One can see the great investment, financial and emotional, that has been done in this house and the guests' rooms.

The casa has so much charm! We felt immersed in the locale, with beautiful views and the comforts of home. Every space was sparkling clean. Paola was a dream, making us feel like we were visiting family! The breakfast spread in the garden each morning was the cherry on top for us.

What a charming and authentic place! We were lucky to be the only guests during our stay, which was especially nice since the bathroom and toilet are shared between several rooms. This wasn't an issue for us at all, but it's worth mentioning for future guests. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations for local routes and things to do, and even came to meet us and guided us from the parking area through the narrow, picturesque Italian mountain streets to the house. Both the room and the entire house were spotless, cozy, and very well maintained. Despite the unusually hot weather, we slept comfortably with the fan provided. Breakfast was another highlight. The owners prepare it themselves and happily tailor it to your preferences, which makes the experience feel even more personal and special. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. If you're looking for an authentic Italian experience with wonderful hospitality, I highly recommend this place!

This felt like such a hidden gem and perfect local experience, more than worth the affordable price. The room was huge and comfortable with a view of the water. The staff were so nice. The breakfast was incredible. And having the affordable delicious restaurant underneath is such a treat. And the ferry came right to us! Stayed with my partner for two nights to explore the lake and this was exactly what we were looking for. I recommend visiting nearby Nesso by ferry for swimming and jumping off “Ponte de la chivera”. Other tip - the restaurant is closed on Thursdays and the other restaurants nearby are expensive, so plan ahead for that.

It is more of a story than a review. So we stayed in the apartment for one night, and it was wonderful. Francisco is very kind and responsive. He welcomed us with a beautiful fruit plate, gave us tips on how to spend our time in Como, and lent me his own iron when I asked for it. The next morning, he volunteered to drive me in his car to the starting point of the boat trip on Lake Como because I was running late. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with an artistic touch. It is equipped with everything you might need and is in an excellent location between the center of Como and the charming neighboring towns. You must try it on any visit to Como.
