Clean, new B&B. Nicely appointed and great location. Nicola was a fantastic host, he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He recommended several attractions in the area and also suggested a few great restaurants. He personally gave us a ride to one of them! We Really appreciated his hospitality.

Out of 6 different stays during our time in Italy, this was our favorite and most comfortable stay. I wish we would have spent more than 1 night here. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable, the breakfast was cozy and simple, plenty of space in the bathroom, and the AC was powerful enough where we could turn it off when we left and trust it would cool us down quickly when we returned. Walking distance from plenty of amazing cafes and restaurants too! Owner was prompt to respond to messages.

Gioia welcomed us very warmly. The room and bathroom were very ample and comfortable. We cherished our conversations with Giuseppe, Gioia's dad who renovated the whole building and runs the Cafe where we had a delicious breakfast, yummy panini upon arrival and other treats and cappuccino.. We got great recommendations for our trip, for the area. We only stayed one night. Wish we had stayed longer.

Pietro speaks English, helped us find the place. He sent his mother to meet us and said she does'nt speak English. She explained and showed us everything. No English but a wonderful explainer. A fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Great AC. Everything was wonderful.
