Our host Roberto was amazing, knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is perfectly situated if you have a rental car and plan on visiting both Ferrari museums and the Lamborghini factory. Get to Ferrari early…when they open at 0930. Make sure you have a reservation for the Lamborghini factory tour before you go. Could not have been happier with the 3 day/2 night visit.

Andrea is a wonderful host. The room was clean and cosy. It was the perfect stopover.

Location, cleanliness and kindness

We loved the location, walking distance to the train station and then to the rest of the historic center. The kitchen was a great luxury for breakfast and a light evening meal. Our "King" room was on the back side of the building, so it got less hot. The very firm matress was perfect for me.

Beautiful and great location they combine the old style Italy with a very clean modern presentation. And it’s right in the center of town. Unbelievably well located. And the communication from the hotel was spectacular, they gave us excellent directions and how to navigate the tight streets of Bologna and arrive safely at the hotel in the first pass. The best value in a hotel that we’ve had this entire seven day trip ! we wish we would’ve started here at this hotel in Bologna. We probably would’ve stayed three nights not just the one night.

Everything about our stay was a pleasure. The rooms were immaculate and had everything that we needed. Our hosts were extremely helpful and welcomed us every day - really made us feel at home. Hope to return in the future.

This was an exceptional location, an elegant and delightful artistic environment in the bedroom and the common room where we had a delicious an extensive breakfast. The proprietor went beyond the call of duty, paying for our parking ticket. The B & B was right on the edge of the old city so we could just walk in for the day of sightseeing and eating and shopping

Great location and lovely apartment.

The owners struck the perfect balance between being very helpful and non-intrusive and they were lovely to deal with. The room was stylish and tasteful and very well-appointed. The shared kitchenette was nicely stocked, although the suggestions the owners provided of recommended places to eat meant that we ventured out more than if we stayed longer. The building was a lovely bit of old Modena, with its atrium and terrazzo flooring. With windows closed, the room was completely quiet - with them open it was actually festive outside (graduation at a college across the street). I would recommend this to anyone and since we loved Modena (even with ALL that rain!) we would be happy to come back.

A beautiful designer chic apartment in the heart of Modena, like staying in a museum. The apartment is so well preserved and furnished, you cannot find a better place to make you feel like you are living La Bella Vita! You’re located right next to the Piazza Grande and the Duomo , with many great cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The host Fabio is a very nice and friendly person, always available anytime and quick to respond for any help in case of any issues or questions. We were a family with a baby and the place was super suitable for all our needs, and most importantly the building has a lift which can be rare in buildings in the historical center. It was truly a great experience and we can’t wait to come back again.

Loved the sheets, comfortable bed and luxury feel

The Q.T. is a cute place where everything you need is provided with clear instructions. It has a very comfortable bed, lots of closet and shelf space, and kitchen supplies for fixing an in -house meal. Christina was very easy to communicate with. The studio is a quiet respite in a busy city.
