B&Bs in Spello

This was central to everything in Spello, so very easy to walk from the train station and to all the restaurants and shops. The view from the room was stunning.

Excellent. Great selection of cold dishes with an offer of cooked eggs. Great cappuccino. Beautiful rustic kitchen sitting area with fire place. Beautiful farm setting with gorgeous vistas and terrific swimming pool. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The grounds were beautiful, peaceful and in a very good location with respect to seeing the sights of Spello Maria was a thoughtful hostess and helpful Our room was comfortable with plenty of space and the bathroom was modern. Parking was easy.

Great location. Spotless! I couldn’t figure out a lighting issue (totally my fault) and the owner came over immediately to help me and didn’t make me feel stupid (which I was)!!! I loved my stay here. Also, the linens were completely changed every 2nd day which was really nice.

The B&B is very clean, the hostess is very sweet, but it lacks space outdoors to relax! Indoor it needs a little more warmth and character as well. ]

The home looked fine from the outside with a pool & a beautiful garden. Inside it was amazing with lovely stairs, a spacious bedroom and a fine bathroom. Next door was a pleasant ristorante and across the street was the ancient city of Spello. The home was well positioned within the town.

Very nice rooms with small fridge microwave and tea kettle. Sandwich shop in the courtyard was nice. Location was good to all things needed. Host attentive and responsive. He helped with a injury i had by answering questions and arranging help with transportation.

Beautiful, modern yet warm B&B. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The owners Leonardo and his wife were the kindest and most accommodating people. They have a lovely restaurant across the street with excellent food and we had breakfast and dinner there each night, the food was excellent and we left feeling like family!

Quiet laneway, terrace for morning coffee, evening wine! Very relaxing! Spa is beautiful! We used the kitchenette and everything worked great!

Most important about staying at this property was the communication with the host. He provided transportation from and to the train station. The location was close to restaurants, grocery store, and within walking distance to amazing hiking trails. The suite was clean and comfortable.

A wonderful B&B that i gather from the owner (Elvio) has been operating for 17 years. It's run by a wonderful friendly couple and was spotless. We had a terrific room in the 2nd floor with a view of the neighborhood square. Parking at the B&B is easy and it's a short walk to the historic center of Spello. That allows you to avoid the difficult Parking in the city center.

Fabrizio was a warm and welcoming host. He gave us a thorough introduction, provided a delicious breakfast, many recommendations for the nearby area, and generally took excellent care of us. I could not recommend higher.

My stay at the Antiche Dimore exceeded my expectations. Our host made us feel at home and was incredibly gracious and helpful. The property is beautiful and the location is serene. This was one of the most hospitable and lovely stays we had in Italy!
