It is a charming house with beautiful decor and you enter through a courtyard filled with plants. We arrived fairly late in the evening and they rang up a local restaurant to make a last minute reservation for us. It is very well located in central Narni but completely quiet and restful. There is also a gorgeous dog! We would definitely stay there again. The hosts were warm and welcoming and we absolutely loved it. There was a very good breakfast too - the hosts are chefs! It is a very special place.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a great location with the bonus of a cute little balcony. Very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Our room had a sofa bed for my daughter which Valentina kindly made up for us before we arrived. Nice quiet street but close (easy walking distance) to everything. Would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Orvieto. They can also provide secure parking nearby.

I was upgraded to a room with a toilet, shower and terrazzo!
Breakfast catered for me not liking eggs...second morning I was offered cheese instead.
Rocky (my dog) was made to feel just at home as I was!
I would recommend this B and B to all travellers to Gubbio... close to the town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet in the neighbourhood...Loved the amphitheatre close by. Get the owner to show you the book he wrote!

Budget accommodation in a great location, walking distance to the city, bus station and train station. Shared bathroom but I was aware of this so it was not a problem for me. Francesco speaks great English, is very helpful and a great host. For what I paid for two nights, I was happy with the accommodation.

This B and B is a gem! In a small town, quiet and peaceful. We arrived after a day of sightseeing and driving to be able to jump into the swimming pool to cool off. The room was cool and comfortable. We slept well with no interruptions. Breakfast was al fresco on the porch on a beautiful sunny day. Everything was homemade, croissants, jams, peach cake, fresh fruit and coffee! Excellent! Close to Orvieto where we visited the next day. Our host was kind and looked after all our needs.

Location is 12 minutes walk uphill to the Basilica with nice views of Assisi, especially in the evening light, from the paths close to the hotel. The location was quiet with private parking and easy to access being just outside the town. Location was quiet and peaceful at night with plenty of greenery and paths to walk.

The view is amazing !!! You can see San Francisco’s Basilica from the garden.
It is a quiet place, with parking, perfect to visit Assisi.
We walked everyday from the B & B to Assisi, it took us 25 minutes and even tough you have to walk UP to the mountain, it was no problem for us….. probably you have to walk up to Assisi from almost everywhere…
The breakfast was incredible !!!! With fresh fruit everyday.
We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recomend La Casa Tra Gli Ulivi

A beautiful location just out of Spello with wonderful views out over the hills to Assisi. Cassandra was a great host who quickly responded to any questions prior to our arrival and offered many options for us during our stay. The room was immaculately presented with a very comfortable bed and breakfast was very good with lots of variety. It was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of being in town and to not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend this B&B.
