Extremely clean rooms, big comfortable beds, and delicious Sri Lankan breakfast! But best of all was our wonderful host family who went above and beyond for our comfort and happiness.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is very convenient and close to Ella town. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff are so friendly nothing is too much for them. I was injured and they really looked after me. A very peaceful hotel with a good location would definitely come again Thank you to the staff at the Feel

Hotel staff is very accommodating and polite! Raja who works at the hotel is extremely friendly. The owner is also very hospitable and always making sure his guests are satisfied and comfortable. Ella town is a quick 5 minute Tuktuk ride from the hotel. Balcony rooms and breakfast area have a very nice view of the mountains.

It was great location. The room was very nice and clean. The owner took care of everything we needed.

The hosts were amazing, the gentleman went above and beyond to help us get to the stay - really late notice. The villa was beautiful with a lot of garden around, it was like a mini jungle. It is about a 5 minute walk in to downtown and about a 5-10minute walk up to the train station. Very clean and comfortable. Drinking water available as well.

Comfortable stay with good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the new management is doing a great job improving the place. However, the bathroom was quite small, and the room gets very hot in the morning due to the sunrise, especially without air conditioning. Overall, still a pleasant experience.

Everything was perfect at Nine glow resort. Large rooms and so comfortable beds. Owner was really helpful and local cuisine was so tasty and mouthwatering.

It was very clean and good, WiFi was good and having tv an added advantage. The owner son is very helpful. It’s just 2 kms away from the main happening spot, but it’s very good place.

The terrace view is wonderful and the breakfast great. We extended our stay to two nights.

The owners are the kindest hosts; genuinely warm and attentive without ever being intrusive. After arriving at the wrong hotel on my first day, Sunil drove out to pick me up himself and showed me around a bit of Ella in his tuk-tuk. The views from the villa are stunning, and the nights are quiet and peaceful as the location is about a 15-minute ride from Ella station. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the hosts went out of their way to help me plan different activities in the area. I highly recommend and would happily stay again. It was a highlight of my trip.
