If you're lucky enough to find this place available, book it! This has been our favourite place we have stayed in all of Sri Lanka. Right from when we arrived and the staff helped us off the bus, until when we left when they packed a takeaway lunch and helped to get us to the station for our 06.30 am train. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, so much fresh fruit! And the snacks and tea and coffees we were offered everytime we came home was such fantastic hospitality. We really felt like part of the family here, and every question we had from renting scooters it getting into town was sorted out by the staff. Couldn't believe the standard of the room for the cost we paid. If we ever come back to Ella we will absolutely be staying here. Thankyou so much

Wonderful location with extremely clean and cute facilities managed by a really friendly family that makes you feel like being home all the time. They spoil you, they take good care of you and they make your stay unforgettable. We were there during New Year’s Eve and we even got a special breakfast with Sri Lankan traditional dishes for new year.

Wow… the views from this hotel are absolutely stunning. The staff are so kind and friendly. They offer a tuk tuk service into town and back via WhatsApp. The breakfast was served on our balcony and was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch here and the food was the best we had in Sri Lanka so far. They catered to our dietary requirements too. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a tranquil, peaceful stay. The pool was amazing with stunning views - so cold and refreshing just what you needed in the heat! The room was a great size with nice bathroom. We wished we could stay longer

Had a wonderful stay at Ella Blue Heaven for two nights. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking and easily one of the best parts of the stay.
