Everything about our 1 night stay was amazing. The hosts were very generous to wait for us to arrive due to our flight landing later than expected. The facilities including the room, bathroom, dining/kitchen area and out door patio area were maintained extremely well! Nice, quiet neighborhood out in the country. Nearest grocery store is about 2 miles by bicycle. Our host was very nice.

The location was perfect and we definitely would have spent more time if we could. The owner is a very happy and caring person. She even left us a pot of jam, which was fresh from the farm. The place was wonderful and extremely peaceful.

Our room was exactly as pictured with a view over the canal. We went out for breakfast and we found lovely cafes just across the bridge and around the corner. In the early evening we would walk to a bar to have a drink and people watch. Utrecht is a wonderful walking city truly worth a visit. Our host, Niels, was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had use of a washing machine and dryer (which was not in our room)it was much appreciated. There is a supermarket within 5 mins walk if you want to buy milk or snacks. Everything was easy!
