This was what I expected based on the description and prior reviews. Location is a short 10 minute or less drive from the airport. Facilities were fine and they provided a bottle of water. Breakfast of scrambled eggs, chipati, fresh fruit, and delicious coffee was great! Bathroom functioned well and the bed was comfortable with bug netting drapery. A multi-country power strip made it easy to charge my devices after the flight. Staff were very attentive. It was a great place to stay before being picked up by my group to go to Moshi.

The host was very accommodating. We arrived later in the evening and she made us a wonderful meal. The next day we had a later flight so she arranged a taxi to take us to the hot springs. Afterwards, she allowed us to use the showers before our flight even though we had already checked out of our room. She made us feel right at home. Such a wonderful stay.

Very clean room and environment , the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the shuttle from the airport so that I don’t have to worry about looking for taxi.

It was perfect for us- we had a flight from Kilimanjaro and we arrived from zanzibar, we had flight delays and changes and Betty the host was so helpful and accommodating, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, arranged our taxis, and was very available at every hour to answer questions even though our flights kept changing. She was extremely sweet as so was Madam, they made us feel very much at home. There was a nice breakfast and comfortable clean room, exactly what we needed.

Patricia and her staff was extremely helpful ,thoughtful,and generous during my stay.The breakfast was wonderful and fresh, they even put on a evening campfire during my stay. I will be back to visit Kilimanjaro and this is were I will stay. I totally recomend here if you want warmth and hospotality.

What we liked most about our stay at Tulivu Escape was its convenient location. The house is very close to the main road, so it was never a struggle to get anywhere or find our way back, no matter the time of day. We also loved the spacious bathroom, which was comfortable and very well designed. The beautiful, well-maintained garden created a peaceful atmosphere, and the kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to feel at home during our stay. What impressed us even more was how clean the entire house was—every corner was spotless and well cared for. The people made the experience even more special. Everyone staying there and everyone working there was kind, welcoming, and friendly. They made us feel like part of a family rather than just guests.
