A peaceful guest house nestled in a secluded area, designed with natural elements: the floors are smooth stone, cool to the touch, adding to the ambiance, a soft lightning embedded in the ceiling gives the room a warm, golden glow. With either option of a two full-sized bed or a plush, king-sized bed sitting in the center, draped with soft, organic cotton linens in muted earth tones, the room gives the feeling of tranquility, offering peace and reconnection with nature, perfect for a retreat.
My passion for travelling and the love for the outdoors, through my life's journey led me to my true purpose which is conservation. Inspired by nature, and the beauty of all its different species, I found myself in Kilimanjaro. It is through all the experiences gained working from construction, and photography, Buffalo Villa was born. Encompassing nature and architecture, our first project was launched in 2019. Since then, my passion has been my work.
The property is nestled in a quiet 2-acre plot (still being developed), offering greenery and an array of different bird species seen around the plot. Guests can opt for a day trip tour at Chemka / Kikuletwa Hot Springs- a 35-40 minutes' drive from the property or choose hiking at Materuni Waterfalls or even a day hike on Mount. Kilimanjaro. Moshi town being 30 minutes away, adds to a dining and outing experience that one can enjoy for a day/weekend gateway.
