The stay is located in a place with much things to do in the neighborhood. The garden is lovely and we were provided with fresh fruits from the garden. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable.

It's really nice here with all the cottage renovations and upgrades. They now have 2 beautiful bathrooms downstairs. They are very clean and beautifully decorated. They also now have 2 new aircon units. The beds have new sheets and they are super comfortable to sleep in. They fixed up the kitchen to be fully working. They have all new windows and window screens. The fiber internet was fast and reliable. The owners invested a lot of money into the property and it shows. The outside garden was beautiful with nice lights at night. The atmosphere was quite magical. The host, as always, was super friendly and caring, and gave us fruits several times to snack on. She also gave me a few gifts at checkout, as well as give the girls some beautiful flowers from the garden to take home. We also had some special requests, some of which seemed a bit too much to ask for, but we were desperate. We added a few visitors for the day and the host had no problem at all accepting our inquiry. I think it's time to raise your prices, because this is a STEAL at the current listed prices for a room there. This wasn't our first stay here, but it was by far the best stay after so many enhancements were made to the property. You will see us again, and I wish you well.

Ice quiet place with a garden accessible for visitor, very helpful owner. Highly recommended, an easily accessible place from Yerevan, including the airport. Either by marshrutka from the central bus station or by taxi (400 AMD or 10 E taxi)

Very nice people, clean room and bathroom. Short stay but well priced.

Beautiful setting in nature overlooking hills and street below. Birds in the morning. Room is basic but clean and comfy. Kitchen facilities free. Host Martik and family were kind. He speaks decent French and will take you to Kari lake and Embert fort for a very good price and an enjoyable half day trip.
