Can’t speak highly enough of the Friendly and helpful staff. Nice private decking with fan out front of apartment. Very clean. Close walk to quieter beach. Nice pool. Daily cleaning. Staff helped organize laundry for us. Good quantity of towels (bath, hand, pool and face washer towel per person) which were changed whenever needed. Cooking facilities and fridge in room. Not a hostel vibe, but still got to know neighbors.

Absolutely perfect. Clean modern interior, refreshing little pool, strong AC and Wifi. From the deck outside you can see monekys swinging from tree to tree. Location is 7 min walk to beach (hilly). Friendly and communicative team. It's quite hilly and the parking lot is tight so I would suggest having a 4x4 to reach easily

The close location to playa Hermosa was the best part of staying in Lua Villas. The second best was the pool. The villas were great. My only recommendation would be for the kitchen to be better supplied include a pan for cooking eggs, fish, etc. A toster oven or microwave. A big pitcher for fresh fruit punches.

Very hospitable owner and staff, super friendly and accommodating. If breakfast is included, there's a couple options and are good sized! 1 minute walk to town but not in the mix so nicely secluded. Montezuma's small, like basically one block with a street in and a street out so most places are on the main road like this one therefore easily accessible but still nice and natural. Tons of white faced monkeys and family of coati right outside. *Quick tip, like anywhere in the warm jungle type areas of Latin America, a mosquito net is your best friend*

Tomas was an amazing host. He was very helpful and kind. While the hotel was great, what stood out most was the amazing breakfast he prepared as it was one of the best meals we had in Costa Rica! We really enjoyed Playa Hermosa. It is one of the best beaches we have been to in Costa Rica. Surfing here was excellent. There are also other private beaches around the area.

Loved this stay! The apartment was lovely, comfy bed and the room was a great size, just right for the few days we stayed here. It had all the essentials you needed for cooking which was an added bonus plus a lovely, big shared balcony area with hammocks and outdoor seating area. Loved the location too, 5 min walk to the beach and close to so many great restaurants and shops. I think it was priced very well considering its location too. Good communication with hosts and easy to locate once info was given.
