Everything is just perfect. You will receive a message from Patrick the owner with clear information for the check in. The rooms are so comfortable, the right size, the beds and pillows and you will have water, coffee and tea. Quaint and cozy little spot, right next to the train station. It felt like an authentic German experience. The host was super nice for a German person. Room was super clean and quiet. Grocery store and several food options close by. Definitely great value for the price. I would absolutely stay here again!

The location was a 20 min drive or short train from Koblenz. Super clean, large and comfortable. It is the old train station that is still in use (very convenient for backpackers and plenty of parking). The trains are very quiet, in fact the entire building with multiple units was quiet. I didn't know other people were even there until we were checking out. The apartment was well appointed with lots of extra's from a welcome gift, extra spices and coffee to extra toiletries in case you forgot something. Nettle grocery nearby. Plus, the Christmas decorations were tasteful and appreciated, it made the place homey.

Clean, absolutely spotless. Also very modern looking. Washing machine, kitchen with a lot of appliances, complimentary tea and coffee. Hosts are friendly and speak good English. Bicycles can be stored in a shed.
