The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, with everything just a short walk away. While parking is available for an extra fee, the convenience of the location more than makes up for it. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It has a good location, close to everything in the city center and the room that I’ve stayed was really comfortable and clean! It’s safe and practical as well! Keep in mind that the train station in Baden-Baden it’s not close to the city center so if you go by train you will probably have to grab a bus or a taxi to the address.

Very comfortable apartment (on the ground flour, number 1). The kitchen met our expectations. Very warm water in the bathroom. A bit chilly in the apartment in the winter, but very comfortable beds and good to sleep.

We visit Baden-Baden regularly, as we have friends living there and truly enjoy the city. Over the years, we’ve stayed in various places — hotels, apartments, and guesthouses — but Villa Lutwitz stands out as our absolute favorite. We’ve already stayed there several times and always had a wonderful experience. The host, Marina, is exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful — always available whenever we need her. The villa’s location is ideal: just a short walk from the city center and the park, yet in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. There is also convenient on-site parking, which makes everything even easier. The rooms are in a beautiful historic building with high ceilings and elegant details, yet everything has been completely renovated. It perfectly combines classic charm — with its old-style décor and curtains — and modern comfort, with updated bathrooms, closets, and infrastructure. Villa Lutwitz is without doubt one of our favorite places in Baden-Baden, if not the favorite. We’re already looking forward to returning.

The overall stay experience was excellent. The bedding and in-room facilities were fully equipped, and everything was very clean and tidy. The location is very convenient, with paid parking available downstairs, and the host also provides a free parking garage (although it is slightly farther away). Overall, we are very satisfied.

Fairly quiet at night. Opening both doors made the room very comfortable (it was warm while we were there). WINE everywhere. Breakfast was awesome.

Great place to stay. Having stayed here before, I had no hesitation in returning. Fantastic gasthaus for bikers, directly on the B500. Rooms and restaurant are great. Look forward to my next visit.

We liked everything about the apartment - the location, the price, the host, the self check-in, proximity to the Christmas market and all major tourist attractions, close to a supermarket, warm, clean and comfortable. The apartment is exactly as advertised and the host was very responsive and attentive. There is a small and equipped kitchen, bigger bathroom with nice hot shower and the bed was really nice. It was really easy to find and a walkable (5 mins) distance from the bus stop and the city center (Casino, Christmas market, Lichtentaler Allee). There is a small yard just in front of the door with a table and 2 chairs which was nice although the weather was cold when we visited. The area felt safe and relaxed.

It is charming, with quality antique furnishing mixed with newer items. The location was great for accessing the town and thermal baths.

easy to book, easy to check-in, good location, perfect facility, helpful staff, clean, everything is inside, incl silence and comfort. The only regret that we arrived too late in the night. that is why we decided to stay here on the return way.

Perfect location for exploring downtown Baden-Baden on foot. Close to shopping and restaurants. About a 10-minute walk to the Thermal Waters Spa. The furniture in the rooms is comfortable and new.
