The cleanliness and calmness of the place 😊 The place is quite near to the Flix bus and train station and to the Chemnitz University. You can easily go downtown and buy groceries and have your dinner or lunch 😁

It’s very clean well located and spacious. The staff was really helpful and gentle.

I stayed in the one-bedroom apartment which is on the third floor (fourth floor if you’re North American) up a wide stairway. The apartment itself is VERY spacious - there’s so much room. A big kitchen, big bathroom, big bedroom, big living room, big windows. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Self check-in was easy and instructions were clear. Five-minute walk from the train station.

the room was impecable, great place to stay, plenty of parking inside and on the street, the host was super friendly and made sure that everything was perfect, next year it will be my first choice!!!!

An exceptional pension, beautiful decor throughout, had everything we needed and it is located in a lovely neighbourhood near an extensive community forest park, yet not far from the city centre. We enjoyed the great breakfast, replete with all sorts of special treats. Halima is a wonderful, gracious host, helpful with recommendations and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Great location, all transportation near by. Big and clean rooms.

1) The apartment is quite big (you can easily make 4 people stay there) 2) location. Right next to the park + walking distance to the city center 3) parking (paid but not expensive) 4) large selection of drinks in the fridge (by payment but still - very nice) 5) easy key pick up/return (just in the restaurant in front of the house) 6) THANK YOU for the ventilator Overall, I think this apartment would be the best for a long stay
