The place was nice and clean. And there are some very nice touches, such as a Brita water filter and ketchup and other condiments in the kitchen.

It was very clean and we were provided with essentials such as tea and coffee which was very helpful. The flat was in the perfect location for us and was excellent value for money.

The staff were extremely helpful allowing us to check in early so we could get ready for a wedding. Even arranging a taxi for us and being on hand when we returned to the hotel late at night. Room was very comfortable and in a great village.

The hospitality, we felt very welcome, both inside and outside this pub is cosy and pretty, a beautiful historic building, great breakfast, fantastic parking place, beautiful location in a pretty village. Excellent service!

This pub deserves ten stars. Super friendly staff who helped us lock our bikes in the bike shed. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bath room was new with a great shower. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Both were lovely. All this in a historic building in a pretty village. Couldn't ask for more. We will be back.

The food was excellent. The pub is in the middle of the village so was in an ideal position for the walk to Flatford Mill (as long as the river level was not too high). There was parking for residents.

Located in a lovely and pleasant village with what appeared to be an active viilage life. The breakfasts were were fantastic and very ample.

The place is perfect for exploring the local area. The village of Dedham is a short drive or walk and has some lovely pubs and cafes. The hosts were so helpful and had lots of good tips for what to do. It was a very peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The Marlborough is a beautiful 700 year-old building located in the picturesque village of Dedham. The restaurant has a good range of locally sourced dishes. Our room was comfortable and well equipped.
