We are a small friendly working rural property on beautiful working equestrian small holding , our accommodation is a modern double glazed unit with modern amenities to make your stay a home away from home . We appeal to those wanting to while away the days and appreciate the quiet countryside in a working rural environment away from the hustle and bustle of your run of the mill busy campsites . Please note whilst we are happy to accommodate children over the age over 10 we must stress this is a working equestrian smallholding and is not suitable to let children roam from the designated fenced garden in which the accommodation is located , we have horses grazing in the paddocks and are happy to introduce you under supervision if you would like to say hello , our friendly family dogs are generally out with us on the premises . We respectfully ask you do not allow children to wander unsupervised. We operate a strict no smoking policy Animals must under no circumstances be fed or approached please keep to the lodge area .

We are a small friendly family run accommodation we take great pride in ensuring the accommodation is of the highest standard for every guest. We enjoy the countryside and our unique rural property and look forward to sharing a little bit of our home we have lovingly renovated over the years . We welcome guests looking for a quiet relaxing break in our lovely rural setting .

We are within 1.5 miles of the spectacular Dedham Vale with beautiful walks straight from your back door and the Essex way at the end of our lane . We have connections with superb local pubs which are happy to welcome our clients .
