The property was better than it shows on the photos. We were 12 adults aged 18 - 87 getting together to celebrate a birthday. The property was extremely spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was very well equipped and we had a fabulous time. It was a short walk to the town centre and Peak District walks and a short drive to other areas. We would definitely book again.

Kitchen was very well equipped. I wanted to bring the stove home with me! Great enclosed garden for our dog Linus. The welcome gift of lemon cake and milk was very nice.

The location was great, a perfect spot to explore the Peaks. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Parking was available. The decor was great and communication with the host was good. The kitchen is well stocked and the welcome bowl of fruit and snacks was a nice touch. There were loads of toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice touch.

Fantastic location for walking in the hills, nice little village with dining options - very cozy cottage that is well appointed and equipped. BUT mostly the AGA.
