Good location for family with swimming pool and loads of facilities to keep the children engaged

The facilities of the location was good.

This is a great place for a family stay. Very easy to find and access. The host was excellent, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

The owners have thought of everything, all the little touches and things that you need for a comfortable family stay. We couldn't believe how well equipped the place was! They left a great guide for the property and also recommendations and tips on places to go/things to see/do. There were plenty of towels left for us for our week long stay, and the linens were fresh. The owners had provided all the basics eg shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet roll etc. Fresh Cornish milk as well so you could turn up and stick the kettle on ready for that long journey cuppa need! (which was absolutely spotless by the way - I heavily judge places who don't keep the kettle clean - especially glass ones! But it was perfect) The cottage was spacious and the layout was perfect. There was so much space (we were a group of 4 adults, 1 pre teen and a large and medium dog) - could easily have fit another 2 guests. The pool on the park, although not massive, was nice and clean and it was great that they ran this on a sessions ratio basis as it wasn't over crowded. They provided things to use in the pool (pool noodles, water games etc) We will definitely be checking out the hosts properties and rebooking as the stay was exactly what we needed and the hosts were great!

Good value and useful for us as a stopping place in southern Cornwall. Unfortunately we arrived late due to a long drive and had to leave early in the morning, but the living room and kitchen were comfortable and we would have made good use of them had we been able to stay longer.

This is one of the best bnb's we have stayed in for a long time. Everything has been thought of. There are real glasses. There is ice in the freezer. There is shampoo and conditioner. There is a full-length mirror that doubles a makeup mirror. The bed is super comfortable. The TV works and the wifi is excellent! Ad on top of all that, there is a small Irish Pub for your exclusive use. We absolutely loved this stay.

Excellent location & very quiet

The location just above the sand dunes was amazing. The views of the beach and estuary were amazing. The apartment was huge and included everything we needed for a self catering stay. The welcome gifts of a bottle of wine and some local biscuits, with a bottle of milk in the fridge were a nice bonus!

Staying at B27 The Lair at Riviere Towans was a wonderful holiday experience. Our two bedroom modern cabin was in a fantastic location overlooking the coast and close to local attractions. We had a relaxing few days and thoroughly enjoyed exploring South Western Cornwall from our base in Hayle. The Lair was well equipped, warm and comfortable - perfect for a lovely getaway. Thanks 🙏

The location was excellent ,the view from the balcony was beautiful,the room was clean and all our needs were met the hosts were there if needed.would definitely stay again.

Beautifully peaceful location yet close to local amenities. Owners very friendly. Exceptionally clean site and hut and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend 😁
