On the nearby campsite is a laundrette and indoor and outdoor play areas. The small on-site shop sells fresh croissants and coffee, as well having local wines, beers and gifts (these facilities are open during the school holidays). Located in Hayle, it is only a 5-minute drive to the 3 miles of golden sand at Gwithian Beach, popular for water sports and a favourite for families. The coffee shop here provides hot and cold refreshments.
