20 Tudor Court is situated in a small wooded holiday complex. It has play area and, pool, restaurant & bar facility's and is within 15/20 minutes walk from the sea. The inside has undergone a complete remodel last year with full fitted Kitchen offering washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave convection oven, induction hob, fridge with ice box and fully equipped with all crockery pots and pans etc. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and downstairs shower and toilet. Upstairs 3 good bedrooms and separate bathroom with bath. Outside has its own slate Patio with seating. This has been rated 4 start accommodation by the AA in 2020. Also ample free parking parking for at least 2 cars.
I have been in the the hospitality trade on and off all my life and try to make the accommodation as family friendly as possible with the best comfort and warmth so you feel like home from home. We offer as much as we can to help make your stay enjoyable.
6 mins from Tolroy is 5 miles of golden sands at Hayle and Godreavy beaches. Ideal for swimming and surfing. Close, 5 miles away is St.Ives and its 3 beaches Porthminster, Porthmear, and the Island beach. This beautify little sea port is well worth a visit and further south 8 miles away is Penzance which now has a new heli port just as you enter, flying to the Silly Isles just off the coast. It also has regular daily sea trips on the Selonian ship, and 6 miles further on Lands End. On the oposite coast 9 miles away is Falmouth a very boat/ship orientated port with lots to offer if you sail or want to go boating. My son sails with his boat every other day in the summer from their and you can hire small motor crafts or get boat trips to many lovely locations around the coast. Good sea fishing and diving. Tudor Court is the perfect central lacation the vist many lovely places and yet has lots of its own facilities on the door step. If you are a family or just a couple you will enjoy your stay. Its has ample car parking for more than one vehicle close the the property and small shop on site as well. Hayle offers lots of stores and restaurants Lidel and Asda for all your needs.
