Absolutely beautiful property and a lot bigger than we realised when booking. Lovely old building and the rooms had lots of natural light. Comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms available. Well equipped kitchen including washer and dryer and a thoughtful welcome basket on arrival. Central in the town (but not noisy) and lots to do in the immediate area. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely caravan on a great site. Caravan was in a quiet cul de sac, walkable to everything on site. Well stocked, clean, quiet, friendly, easy access lock box, modern, good size…

I booked this for my wife,she loved it, especially the little extras,a chair in the bedroom,hot chocolate,small things that make a difference. She thought the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and people were very friendly

The location is ideal: it's within the town center; has many parking options; overlooks a carefully maintained garden and historic site; lies within easy walking distance to trails, Jedburgh Abbey, the Co-op grocery and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished. For some, the only difficulty may be the steep flight of stairs up to the apartment. The building houses at least one permanent resident on the floor below, but I experienced no difficulties with noise, cooking odors, etc. The owner, Steve, even reached out to me by phone to make certain that I was comfortably settled and had every item and all information that I would need for an enjoyable stay.

It was very nicely decorated and quiet. A pretty good value for the price. Heard the Sunday carvery was good, but it was fully booked. Two bathrooms were a nice bonus that was not detailed in the description.

Such a lovely place, with a full kitchen, washing machine, and an easy walk into Jedburgh over the ancient Cannon Gate bridge. Nice sitting area. Great place if you're staying for several days and want to cook for yourself. Lots of great restaurants and cafes within a comfortable walk. Easy access to the Mary Queen of Scots house and Abbey. We had great food at Carter's Rest, Simply Scottish, and Abbey Bridge Coffee House. We were not impressed with the Coffee Corner.
