A beautifully decorated and well equipped property in a very pretty village. It had everything we needed, and the owners had even provided breakfast stuff (cereals, milk, bread, eggs, beans, etc). Easy parking on the street outside.

Lovely little well appointed cottage in a great location for the St Cuthbert's Way. Great deli food in the community shop enabled us to have a relaxed supper rather than eating in yet another pub.

We moved into Yetholm six years ago now and instantly fell in love with the place and the people. There is a strong sense of community and the people are so friendly and helpful. In all that time neither myself or Richard have ever been bored there is always so much to see and do. We started our holiday letting business a year after moving up here from the South, we have two other holiday lets in Kelso. We pride ourselves in providing a very comfortable stress free visit with everything you might need. Most of our reviews people say our apartments are like home from home and regularly come back. The Bothy we only developed this year so its specifically designed for guests to be warm and comfortable whilst maintaining some of the character. Our house in the Main Street was originally a shop like many others serving the many farm workers in the area. We both really excited about welcoming our guests and sharing Yetholm and all its history in this beautiful place.
Town Yetholm a picturesque little village in the Scottish Borders only one and a half miles from the Border itself on the Scottish side . Positioned in the beautiful Bowmont Valley famous with Walkers and hikers only 1 mile from the end of the Pennine Way Easy access onto St Cuthberts way walking alongside the pretty Bowmont river. Continue up the Bowmont valley onto the Cheviot Hills. We are also lucky enough to be right on the edge of the Northumberland National Park. The village is fortunate to have two pubs both of which serve good food . The Plough will do breakfast if pre ordered only 100 metres from the front door, The Border Hotel is a ten minute walk over the river Bowmont. A very well equipped village shop and Post Office also only 100 metres from the Bothy. The very popular Border Town Kelso and all its lovely restaurants pubs and shops is seven miles away, there is a regular bus service to and from Yetholm The stunning Floors Castle is a popular visitors attraction in Kelso. Train service into the heart of Edinburgh from Tweed Bank, 19 miles away just outside Galashiels. Bamburgh Castle and the beautiful Northumberland coast is approx 22miles away.
