We had a fantastic stay at the Villa near the sea, just south of Athens. The hosts were amazing – they provided us with plenty of helpful recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and markets, and every suggestion turned out to be excellent. The Villa itself was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. We were a group of 8, and it was perfect for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

The homemade breakfast made by Elisabeth was amazing! Homemade pastries, egg dishes, fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice! absolutely wonderful!

Amazing property, management, communication and facilities! Cannot recommend this place more! I was allowed to check in early. The air conditioning was amazing and a reprieve from the outdoors. The local cats were precious and friendly! The pool was super fun and I felt like I was at my own private dream Villa.

The location is a walking to the beach, the Charakas beach it self is wonderful, in my opinion it is one of the best beaches in the area. The host is very friendly and kind. The shower pressure and water temperature was over perfect. The apartment was very clean, I was alone but it can fit a family of 4 at least. All the equipments needed exists and worked perfectly, I didn't use the air conditioner but the flow of the air is very fresh if windows are open. . I would definitely visit again.

Beautiful spot to relax and unwind. Perfectly located near Naos Tou Poseidhonas, Highly highly recommend if you are passing by Athens or before going to the islands. Don’t go to Charakas beach or Sounion. Go towards Lavrió, Paralia Asimaki. Crystal clear waters & super comfortable. You will thank me later. Balcony is extremely comfortable & a huge plus.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, excellent condition. Bed was super comfy and there was even water in the fridge and coffee ,tea and breakfast items for us. Location was great ,amazing views ,next to the sea. Everything you need is 20 to 40 min away. Amazing beaches,great taverns and shops etc.

The location is perfect right above the water and very close to a swimming area. Eleni and Kostas are so wonderful hosts, very helpful, and made our stay so great. We warmly recommend Cap Sounion.

My friend and I had a beautiful week-long stay at Villa Aura Thymari. Everything was perfect. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, gorgeous garden, modern bathroom, clean and well-equipped kitchen. Very quiet, very peaceful. The property is within walking distance of the beach as well as a small kiosk where you can get basics (milk, water, snacks, etc.). The property is well-maintained, and the hosts were extremely communicative--answering any questions quickly and kindly, making for a smooth and easy stay. Very easy to check in and out. You can tell the owners care. We loved our stay here and hope to return again soon the next time we are in Thimari! Thank you, Villa Aura Thymari!

Beautiful property within walking distance of sea. Nice condo with basic condiments. Comfortable bed and linens. Laundry on site.

The room is modern, comfortable, clean and very well equipped with anything you may need for a long stay (washing machine, dishwasher, all types of coffee makers, all the kitchenware you may need to cook and eat). The view from the balcony was excellent. The best part was our host, who made us feel very welcome and was very friendly and accommodating, even though we had only booked the room for 1 night.

We recently stayed at this beautiful villa and had an overall enjoyable experience. The villa is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a serene and picturesque area. The decor is charming, and the amenities provided made our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease, and the living spaces were perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The outdoor area, with its stunning views and lovely patio and gas grill was a highlight of our stay.
