Location and cute little house. The owner is very nice and kind.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Pansion Franka. We had a studio apartment with a clear view of the Adriatic Sea. The apartment was clean, comfy and provided a very nice, relaxing setting. There is a beach right out front and the hotel provides sun beds and umbrellas. There is a bar/restaurant thirty feet from the hotel with a few more bars/restaurants in Brist (suggest Male Mare). Gorgeous stretch of coastline and the family running the hotel, was very kind and courteous with great knowledge of the area. Highly suggest staying here.

Owner was just magnificent. Ready to answer any question or do anything was needed.

We liked this comfortable and clean apartment. Everything is made with love and practicality to create a cozy place for guests. Owners were both hostile and helpful. We seldom want to come back to the same apartment and place, but we definitely want to come back here. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful BnB right on the coast of Adriatic Sea. The best views, clean comfortable rooms, and very affordable. The balconies are amazing and views are breathtaking. There is a restaurant co-located with the hotel and food drinks are great and very affordable. The staff were so welcoming, polite, and friendly. Parking was available and free. Excellent costumer service and the breakfast they provided was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back to Kod Irene!

I often pass through this area and have stayed in quite a few different places up and down the coast. I have now stayed at this brand-new addition to the other rooms offered in the guesthouse, twice. It is a wonderful place to stay. The bed is comfortable, you have a little kitchenette stocked with all the things you need to cook a meal, and the view from the private balcony is amazing. There is a washer for guest use in the bathroom. This is an amazing value with the same rate - or less - as I would have paid somewhere else for just a room. Goran, the host, is extremely communicative and so very kind. He found a way for me to watch a football game (the FA cup) that was on when I was there. He obviously goes the extra mile for his guests. His parents also live in the building and though they do not speak English they are welcoming, smiling, and offering juice or coffee. I will be returning for sure, my only problem is I book last minute a lot and I am sure this apartment will not always be available, because it is so awesome. Goran maybe I will see you for Champion's League :)

The best host in Dalmatian coastal! If you want best vacation this is the place you need to stay. Apartment have all devices dishwasher, washing machine, clima,comfy beds... Have beautiful terrace.

Amazing apartment: spacious, clean and comfortable with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine. We loved very big balcony with beautiful view. Also very good location: close to the beach and store. Finally, very friendly, helpful and caring Hosts:) Next time in Podaca we will definitely choose this apartment again!
