Amenities were nice, Location was perfect, room was more than we even needed. Property was well landscaped.

This place offers the wondeful atmosphere of a traditional old-school hotel, with a hint of exclusiveness, but without the need for the guests to be exclusive themselves. Very pleasant and enjoyable for families and for seniors, too.

Clean, large spaces, well equipped, and seemed brand new. Quiet location- some road traffic , but really not that much. I had two disappointments at first 1. It wasn’t clear to me which was the correct property. 2. I thought I was stuck out in an olive grove (well it kind of is). But Lidia was quick to come over and let me in and I found out the beach was really only about 6 blocks away.

I liked the fact that it was close to the beach and the friendly staff. But the room was dirty and what's worse is that I didn't come back from the trip alone but with cockroaches. So you need to clean the rooms better! This is not a 4 star hotel!

We visited in April and it was really great location near the seaside. Apartment was clean and the staff regularly cleaned the room and changed the towels. The room looked recently updated and it was well eqiped. We could use in-door pools with warm sea water for free. Beside hotel parking guests can use nearby public parking for free (you register at deskcheck). You can easily walk by the sea both to Portorož's centre and nearby city of Piran.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, the instructions of the owner were easy to follow, so we had no trouble finding the place. Comfy bed and air conditioning. We also loved the location. Would recommend and come again.

we asked to be near the sea,yes we had a sea view but of the glamping tents we was the furthest.very quiet,cafe and restaurant closed.one night fireworks,was not told,lucky we had no pets.reception a bit strange was not able to pay,twice was told to pay the owner?glamping tent perfect just on wrong site.

We loved this apartment with its huge balcony and silent neighborhood. Even though there were other guest on the ground floor, we havent bothered each other. The communication with the host was quick. The beach is not crowded, it is clean, has a bar and it is 5 mins by foot through the forest.

Everything was perfect, very clean and comfortable accommodation with beautiful garden with sport equipment available for free. The host, Marko, was very helpful and kind. He even gave us some fishing location tips;) we will come back.

Very clean and comfortable, quiet location, friendly owner. The location is great for a relaxing weekend. The appartment also has a hot tub and two bathrooms, so it was very convenient for an extended family.

Air conditioning does save the situation. Parking is on site. A playground for kids is there and nicely hidden in the shadow. Overall, it is good value for the money you pay.

Host was so sweet and helpful. She met us with umbrella in the rain when we arrived. Brought use honeycomb as welcome gift, did laundry for us and baked goodies. The Apt is spotless and so beautiful. Well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony Quiet neighborhood by beach.

We had a great family vacation (2 adults + 3 kids) at this place. It is the second time when we booked it. The house has it's private grass yard, parking pkace and grill. It's quite close to the beach (mix of sand and gravel). We enjoyed it and think about booking this house again next year.
