The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. Breakfast was really great (try the traditional Irish). Stayed for three nights in a single room, which was really comfortable.

The rooms were lovely, clean and had everything youd need. The breakfast was beautiful in Blas and the staff everywhere couldn't have done anymore for us. Love Donegal

Every thing was superb. The Management and staff went above and beyond to make you feel at home. If I could give it a 20 I would. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

There was a little mix up with the rooms so the host upgraded us to a beautiful suite which we loved. Property was cute and staff was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Big room. Comfy beds. Easy access to pubs and restaurants. Good breakfast . Easy check in and out . Highly recommended.

The room was so comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was perfect and had all we needed. What we also so appreciated was - it was pouring with rain and when we asked to call a taxi, the owner dropped us off into town and refused to take any cash. Just lovely, generous people.

The owner, manager, staff were very kind, and knowledgeable, and helpful. The location is very, very beautiful with a view of a nature park and a river so very close, right in front of you ! Just on the other side of a very quiet, rarely driven 2 lane road. AND ! ! an Ancient Bridge that is still in use and in the View also, being less than a football field away. And walk less than another football field and you are in the Historic Diamond Plaza of Historic Donegal. It is full of beautiful shops, Pubs, and restaurants, sit down or take aways, and Historic, and open, Churches and Cathedrals.

Booked this due to the fact we were attending a wedding at a venue close to the b&b. Check in was so easy and our room was lovely. Everything was perfect we returned home late and had the best night sleep ever. The beds were sooooo comfy and cozy and there were extra blankets available. Breakfast was unreal - amazing variety and the cooked breakfast was lovely. Sheila was a perfect host and made sure a few times during breakfast that everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this b&b xx

Our two night booking was for the Lodge but as we were upgraded to an Executive Suite within the main hotel on arrival, I cannot comment on the facilities at the Lodge. The upgrade was a very pleasant surprise. The Executive Suite is a large, beautifully decorated, luxurious space. The beds and bed linen are extremely comfortable. The facilities in the room (bathroom, kitchenette, mini bar, Lounge area) are all superb. The hotel is extremely comfortable and has amazing views of the lake particularly from the bars and restaurant. The food is of the highest quality. The staff are friendly and kind and go out of their way to be helpful. This was our first time in Harveys Point and we will definitely return. I cannot praise it highly enough. This is a superb hotel in every way.

The location was great. Walking distance to town (30 minutes). Comfortable furnishings. Spacious. We'll appointed kitchen.

Breakfast was great with lots of choice. One of us enjoyed eggs and the other especially liked the varieties of yogurt. Tea/coffee and kettle in the room were great, as was having a refrigerator. The bathroom was quite spacious; the Velux roof window in bathroom was great for ventilation and light. The shower worked really well. Tourist information is provided, as is a lovely sitting room on the main floor.

sauna was great, but the thermometer didn't work. It didn't really matter, though. a great view and a refreshing dip in the lake made it.
