The staff is super welcoming. Thank you, Paolo and Marco, for the great service! The room itself was spacious, although the furniture was a bit old and dark. However, it doesn't take away from the experience, and in particular, the food is delicious. In addition, it was super clean.

A very clean and bright room. The room is located on the ground floor with a private entrance through a charming courtyard with bushes and bicycle parking. There is a small terrace with a table and chairs. The bathroom is clean, the bed is comfortable, and everything smells pleasant. There is also a fridge and a kettle. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of options.

The room was extremely comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, 10 steps from city center.

Absolutely everything was flawless. The room, bathroom, and all areas were impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the train station and its not-so-distant location from Ferrara center were extremely convenient. Furthermore, having a supermarket right across from the hotel was a huge plus.

Stayed only one night, but the location is perfect, and room is very very comfortable. The self checkin/ checkout process is really convenient. I hope I will get a chance to stay here again.

What a find! My room was spotless, cosy and an easy walk to the castle. Michele met me at the property and showed me round which was nice. I stayed just for one night to see the fireworks - at a time when places with appalling ratings of booking were asked 300€ a night I was delighted to find this gem.

The location was perfect and the staff was always promptly addressing my requests. I do recommend this location for single person stay.

We weree charmed by the bright and cheerful welcome by the young lady at the reception. We loved the decor of the building and our very modern, well-appointed room. The lovely lady serving breakfast was most kind and pleasant. We greatly appreciated the Borgoleoni's very central location and had an altogether wonderful stay.
