Location is a quick walk uphill from the train station, spacious set up. Owners were kind to let us stay past the 10:30 check-out on our last day since our trains didn’t leave until much later in the afternoon which was much appreciated. Luckily no clients had booked for the day after. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The area is a wonderful getaway, truly removed and you are escaping into pure nature. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were made daily. We left behind in our room various items of value and importance and they were able to secure them from the room and return them to us safely with great care to keep things safe. We were very happy during the business trip and look forward to returning again for a future leisure trip to the property to experience more of the property and the dining services that are offered.

I loved the location and amenities. Although we didn’t use every amenity it’s nice to have them when you’re traveling. I utilized the free stroller from the reception. Children loved the playground and gelateria. My husband and I enjoyed the beach and cleanliness of the facilities. The staff were very friendly.

Property is great with amazing views and Paula the administrator it’s the best. We felt at home. She is super nice and went the extra mile to make us happy. Thanks Paula! Breakfast is wonderful and a lot of variety. I will always come back here for sure.

Wonderfull B&B: friendly host, tasty & elaborate breakfast, and amazing location with fantastic lake view. The kitchen can also be used during the day and you have plenty of possibilities to enjoy the view with outside tables and chairs. Car parking is available only 150 meter away from the B&B and a couple of good restaurants are just a few minutes walking.

Overall could have been a little better, with some changes it could be a great place.

We loved the experience of staying in an Italian villa with old beams. The showers were wonderful and the area was quiet with friendly neighbors.

Everything was perfect. Property has nice garden with a stunning lake view. Ilaria was very nice and extremely helpful host, always happy to give us some tips and accommodate our needs. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Villa Selva is one of the nicest, if not the nicest property I have ever visited. The apartment is spacious, immaculate, and well-equipped and nothing beats that view of Lake Maggiore. The garden is private and beautiful just like the nature surrounding it. Carol is more than helpful and you can inquire with her about everything you need. Warmest recommendations to everyone visiting Lago Maggiore!

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, checking in was extremely easy and Eva was an excellent host who made me feel very welcomed. Excellent off road parking with an electric gated fob which was perfect for me. The views are awesome of Lake Maggiore and the pool is a great touch too. I'll definitely be staying here next time I'm in the area!
