The views of the lake are amazing.

Spectacular location and views from a beautiful apartment. Our host, Andrea, went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. I recommend this place for couples in particular, and definitely suggest renting an e-bike to explore the neighborhood and take in the breathtaking views.

The view from this apartment is absolutely fabulous and is easily the best part of the property. Waking up to the stunning Lake Como scenery was unforgettable.

I had a nice time in Villa Silvi. Silvi picked me up and dropped me off at the station. As a solo traveler, I found it comfortable and quiet in the area. And with the company of Silvi and Liebe, and the dinner and breakfast Silvi prepared, it was truly a special and wonderful experience! Definitely recommend!

Well equipped, comfortable and amazing views.

The apartment is very spacious and very clean and you get a very nice view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and you could also find oil, salt and pepper, some spices and coffee and tea there. There is also a private parking space in a garage that is easy to access that you could use during your stay and that is very important as parking is a problem in the area. Nicole and Marta our hosts were very nice and accommodating. There is a lot of turism info in the apartment including some booklets regarding the villas and castles that you could visit in the area, hiking trails as well as the ferry schedule. We really appreciated our host’s attention to details. There was also a nice bottle of sparkling wine and some pretzels waiting for us in the living room. That’s a very nice touch! The house is wonderful! Perfectly clean and located in a very relaxing neighborhood above Varenna right next to the castle.

Location & friendly staff

The location is very strategic, right by the pier and overlooking the lake. It is located at a charming little town where everyone knows everyone and you can find great products from local grocery store. Most importantly though, Sina, the hospitality manager was really really helpful - he helped arrange travel options for us, brought our luggages, solved minor problem when the hot water was turned off, provided great list of restaurants and boat rent options.

Exceptional apartment! The place was cutely decorated, clean, and fully stocked! 2 min walk from the train was so convenient and then just 3 more minutes to the lake. Overall excellent location. The bed was also super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed including a washing machine, and the bathroom was clean and renovated. We found this to be our favorite booking during our Italy trip.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property in Perledo. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views over Lake Como — absolutely unforgettable! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to our wonderful host, who went above and beyond by organizing a thoughtful setup for my husband’s birthday. It truly made our stay even more special. Waking up to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony was like a dream, and relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of exploring the charming town of Varenna which is a short 15mins up hill drive with spectacular views along the way was the perfect way to unwind. This was a magical experience from start to finish. Highly recommend — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

The staff, location and cleanliness

Trilly house is super clean with a stunning view. We stayed here 3 nights, the host was very friendly and responsive. I would like to emphasize that the place was very clean, spacious and had all necessary amenities.

The view was absolutely stunning from that high, but be prepared to take a taxi, learn the bus route, or walk on steep cobblestone paths. The balcony is a perfect place to watch the sun set behind the mountains. The host was super accommodating and easy to reach/communicate with. They also curated a nice list of recommendations and local pro-tips that came in handy. Would stay again.
