Spacious, clean , well equipped apartment which had a private balcony with a beautiful view of Lake Como and surroundings. Very close walk to Varenna-Esino train station, ferries and the town center.

Fantastic views and overall apartment was fantastic, clean, comfortable and quiet.

The location is very strategic, right by the pier and overlooking the lake. It is located at a charming little town where everyone knows everyone and you can find great products from local grocery store. Most importantly though, Sina, the hospitality manager was really really helpful - he helped arrange travel options for us, brought our luggages, solved minor problem when the hot water was turned off, provided great list of restaurants and boat rent options.

The house is wonderful! Perfectly clean and located in a very relaxing neighborhood above Varenna right next to the castle.

View from the apartment and our incredible host are the biggest positives. Across many years and many apartment bookings, I haven’t met a host so cordial and helpful. You are an amazing host Silvia.

The apartment is very spacious and very clean and you get a very nice view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and you could also find oil, salt and pepper, some spices and coffee and tea there. There is also a private parking space in a garage that is easy to access that you could use during your stay and that is very important as parking is a problem in the area. Nicole and Marta our hosts were very nice and accommodating. There is a lot of turism info in the apartment including some booklets regarding the villas and castles that you could visit in the area, hiking trails as well as the ferry schedule. We really appreciated our host’s attention to details. There was also a nice bottle of sparkling wine and some pretzels waiting for us in the living room. That’s a very nice touch! Great location, beautifully appointed room

The apaetment was beautiful and clean and the location so close to the bus station, walking distance to the city center. We also loved the view and the fact that the lake was right over the street from the house. The host was responsive and really nice. Great stay!

Rosy was my favorite part! I arrived late and she made sure to make me a reservation at the restaurant as soon as I arrived! Right next to the San Giovanni secret beach and about 30 minute walk to all the best restaurants and bellagio pier

wow! such a great place to stay! 2 minutes from the port, a supermarket right next to it, and what can I say about the view from the terrace!!! just wonderful. the staff was also really really nice

The host picked us up at the station. He is very hospitable and attentive. The room was very clean, and it comes with a fridge, a kettle, coffee, and tea. Breakfast was included and was very delicious.

This place is beautiful. It is very clear the effort art and beauty that it presents. Truly one of the best stays highly recommend if you are staying in Verenna.

The perfect location in the heart of varenna. Just a few steps to the lake shores. The apartment is beautiful. You have a private room but the kitchen is a shared space. We did not have an issue with this. Such a charming apartment.

The location bests all. The views and sunsets from the balcony are amazing! We’ve stayed here several times before.

Nice room, it is quite basic and despite being called a B&B, breakfast is not included - that was highlighted before hand so I don't have any issues there. The main draw is the location, its right in the middle of the town, a couple of minutes walk from a ton of restaurants, shops, walking trails, the botanical gardens - for the price you really couldnt find a better location.

The most perfect location- amazing value for money. Also a few days before we were due to arrive the rental company sent a very detailed email with pictures of how to find the property which was so helpful.
