The house "IL MULINO" is an old stone mill that has been completely renovated. IL MULINO 4A is a two-story apartment with kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, two small balconies and a bathroom. A RIVER RUNS NEXT to the house, so you will be able to hear its sound during your stay. IL MULINO 4B is a three-story apartment, characterized by its arrangement with steps. In the apartment there are a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room (with lake view) with kitchenette. The bedroom is structured in two floors. On the first floor you will find a French bed, while in the mezzanine (small attic) there are two single beds. The loft roof is low. In this apartment the sound of the river is softer. The kitchens are equipped with everything needed for cooking, including oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine and toaster. from the living room you can enjoy the lake and mountain view. Both apartments are equipped with towels, hair dryers, sheets, blankets, soap for the shower and shampoo. They will be left available to guests based on the length of the stay and the number of people. The center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, enjoying the view of the lake and the mountains. If you don't want to walk you can use the taxi service or the train. The train station is just a few steps away from the apartment and you can buy the ticket on the car. Under the house there is a paid public car park, where you can leave your car for the duration of your stay. Only a few parking spaces are free. During busy periods it can be difficult to find parking and you can park in Varenna (15 minutes on foot). In Fiumelatte you can find a restaurant and a public beach. VARENNA Bars, restaurants and shops overlook the lake promenade before the suspended walkway over the lake begins, called the "walk of love" which leads from the pier to the northernmost part of Varenna. You can reach the Castello di Vezio, which overlooks the village of Varenna, from which you can admire Lake Como, Bellagio and even falconry shows. We suggest you visit the churches of Varenna and the beautiful Villa Monastero with its botanical gardens and the museum house and the park of the adjacent Villa Cipressi.
