Beautiful hotel and a great host !

Everything! Cannot say enough wonderful things about Marta and her helpers. Every question was responded to immediately and was terribly helpful with a couple of personal requests. The Breakfast was personalized and fantastic up on the deck where we were able to enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains and Sulmona! Our room had every comfort one needs when away from home. They even cleaned our rooms daily. The icing on the cake was 2 evening dinners at Marta’s restaurant just off the Plaza Garibaldi. Not to be missed. I can not imagine how she can improve on her services. Thanks for a lovely stay of 8 days!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very attentive and made everything easy for us—especially accommodating our early arrival, which we had communicated in advance. The space was bigger than expected, comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. As someone used to the noise of a big city, I appreciated how peaceful the area felt. Even during the day, when Sulmona had more activity, the room remained very quiet. Overall, a smooth and relaxing experience—we’d gladly stay here again.

I liked the comfortable room, beautiful,heated ,and big . The location is wonderful,near main plaza,buses,train. Linda,the owner is a lovely ,kind hearted and very accommodating person. She is like having a sister or auntie in Sulmona I loved this house,so clean, and perfect to stay in Sulmona. I recommend it highly .

Angela and Stefano were very kind, welcoming and had sunny personalities. The breakfast was excellent and was prepared fresh every day. Good location to walk to downtown city center and the confetti factory and also had parking. The room was very nice and we would stay here again easily.

The property was very clean and bright. The beds and pillows were super comfy and we all had the best sleep. After traveling many hours from the states, this was a perfect home away from home. We loved the kitchenette, being able to eat sweet croissants, and make nespressos. The little terrace off the kitchen was a perfect welcome. It was close enough to walk to the main areas but just outside where it was quiet.

Convenient, host availability, outside space, parking

Great hosts, so helpful and a beautiful albergo. Central location with free parking a short walk away. (Don't drive into the restricted center). Busy bustling town, especially on Saturday market day. Great food and bars.
