20 out of 10! This is an absolutely stunning villa, elegant, sophisticated and high-end quality in everything. It is located in a very quite place with no noise and offers unforgettable viewers over the lake and the Alpes. Its cleaning level is 5*, it is just absolute. Beds (especially the main bedroom) are large and very comfortable with high quality visco mattresses. Bathrooms are classy and very spacious and comfortable. The host was highly professional, friendly, always available, left us water and some complimentary food as we arrived very late and gave us highly useful advices to explore the area and buy quality food. It was a wonderful stay in all senses!

Great property with nice room/facilities

The view is breathtaking!!! Matteo was very attentive and also prepared an itinerary including excursions, restaurants and things for our children to do as well in town and neighboring towns. Good location shops , bars and restaurants all within walking distance . A lovely bakery just at the bottom of the road. Away from the busy resorts of bellagio etc but easily reachable with a ferry from lenno or Tremezzo. Both ferry stops are about 15/20 mins walk.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is great and spacious, such amazing views of the lake and mountains. Facilities were all top notch, and such gracious hosts. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Rosy was my favorite part! I arrived late and she made sure to make me a reservation at the restaurant as soon as I arrived! Right next to the San Giovanni secret beach and about 30 minute walk to all the best restaurants and bellagio pier

it was a great location across from a beach and with a pool. easy walking into Bellagio. Rooms were comfortable with AC to keep us cool at night.

The apaetment was beautiful and clean and the location so close to the bus station, walking distance to the city center. We also loved the view and the fact that the lake was right over the street from the house. The host was responsive and really nice. Great stay!

Great location, beautifully appointed room

The property offers an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. The surrounding is beautiful and you can enjoy walking around, having your coffee outside. The property is actually one of the oldest golf clubs and very popular so you will see a lot of players there. Very nice!

Marina was absolutely amazing and caring, we felt home, green, quiet, clean, good walk towards the Tremezzo ferry stop. The breakfast in the garden was lovely and they helped with anything we needed.

Casa Aquadulza exceeded our expectations and was our favorite place we stayed in Italy during our 2-week trip. Impeccable, artful, authentic to the area, charming and so inviting. Thoughtful design and everything we needed. The charming and wonderful restaurant was a bonus along with Riccardo and his top-notch team. If you want a generic hotel, this is not it. If you want something truly unique that you will remember for years to come stay here.

Comfortable new building for four people with a nice view. We spent 4 nights and found everything we needed for a short holiday - a fully equipped kitchen, very clean facilities, and a very peaceful atmosphere. Free car parking, a good location, and a very friendly host.

Lina and Ale were extremely welcoming. Made us feel comfortable and gave us lots of tips on what to do. Breakfast was great and carefully prepared. Room was beautiful and the view was perfect.

The property and apartment are absolutely beautiful. I give the property a definite 10 stars, and the host, Mario the highest ratings I would give to any host. We have stayed in properties all over the world and have never had a better host. He consistently went above and beyond to make it a truly wonderful experience. We hope to come back to Tremezzo and see Mario again soon.

Sergio and Clelia were very nice and accommodating. Their place is a quaint 15 minute walk to the lake. It is a first floor apartment with beautiful views from the living room, kitchen, and second bedroom. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked. They even had a new American coffee maker. The master bedroom has an en suite bath and there is a large second bathroom with a bathtub/shower with great water pressure. The location is very convenient to Switzerland.

Perfectly located with breathtaking views of Lake Como. Clean and very comfortable with a huge terrace and a wonderful host. Loved it
