The apartments are clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen. Rooms are cleaned daily, drinking water is provided, the pool is spotless, and the staff respond quickly and kindly. The location is ideal, close to the beach, supermarket, and plenty of eateries on Diani Beach Road. With tuk-tuks always available, getting around is simple. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

The proximity to the road,this God sent manager Mr.Noah ,Fahney that's a gift. Anytime we called him he was really concerned and willing to help. Water was always there. I really loved the concern our host Mr. Fahney had checking with us if we were ok. I would definitely love to come back.

The property was beautiful and in a nice location

Location was perfect,the host was very responsive and sorted any issues we had promptly.The apartment is really nice and spacious,perfect even for big families. There are a number of restaurants close to the apartment and shops are available at a walking distance.The beach is a short walk from the apartment.We had a great stay .

Is a real Paradise, since su get trough the door because of the great staff, general manager and owners. Great place to spend time. Also is near many things, 5 minutes walking to the main road.

The apartment is spacious 😊, clean and the facilities are working well. The location is pretty great, restaurant below and just a small walk to the road, shops and also to the private beach.

Both the owner and staff were amazing. I loved the pool. The area was safe and the compound gated. Joseph the caretaker is the best. The pictures shared were real, the house looked exactly like the photos.

The area is comfortable, easily accessible, and quiet. The outdoor living space has great ambience, and the pool is clean and awesome, even at night. We were welcomed really well by the lady who was in charge. Will go back again. Highly recommend!

Availability of a chef at the premises

Almost everything. The huge, perfectly maintained territory, which is isolated, so that heaven is just for your family😁, friendly always ready to help staff. The great hosts who have become like good friends to us. Before coming they helped us a lot with buying the train tickets, as we could not do it by ourselves before the arrival. One more great thing I noted, that all the minuses mentioned by anyone in reviews before, have been cared of - someone complaining about the absence of the tea mugs, we had the tea mugs, complaints about rare sheets change - the workers did the great cleaning with the bed linen change EVERY single day, the biggest complaint about the electricity to be payed- now it doesn't work this way, no extra payments needed. No problems with hot water, air conditioners, everything working perfectly well. I have never spent so much time in my life in a pool) it was cleaned every morning and really very nice. My kids loved it most of all from the whole trip. I must say, that in reality the property is much better, then on the booking photos and I would definitely recommend it for the perfect family stay .

The green environment the staff and of course the puppy and the cat are very sweet 😊

The place is very close to the beach and to different places such as supermarkets, local markets, etc. The room was very clean and Mercy was very kind with us. The house is well equipped with all you need even for a long staying.

The customer service. We were made to feel like honored guests. Everyone went over & beyond to make our stay comfortable & memorable. It was exquisitely furnished & we had lost of room for the 5 of us. It was exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious & airy. The location was very quiet. We definitely got value for money. It's the place to stay when visiting Diani or Mombasa. Thank you all for the wonderful visit.
