This boutique is absolutely beautiful! I loved the room, it was so spacious and comfortable, was cleaned daily, everything works great.. they offered a free bicycle for you to take around the lovely town. Perfect location to little shops for snacks and drinks but also close enough to walk to all the markets and such. Laundry service on site with great prices, high speed dependable Wi-Fi, a clean nice pool to cool off in after a day of exploring.. this is a 10/10 and special thanks to the reception, Cuong, for helping answer any questions for both Luang Prabang more!

Great location about 10 minute walk to night market. Breakfast was so nice every morning. The staff were really helpful and friendly and helped us book taxis. Swimming pool was nice and great value.

The room I stayed in had unique character and the styling is tasteful, very comfortable too. The staff are attentive, genuine and friendly, they helped me find my way around, organised some things. The breakfast was delicious, I had an omelette, nice coffee and fruit salad. I’ll be going back, for sure.

Very nice and cozy place at the city center in Luang Prabang. The lady that greeted us at the reception is so polite and welcoming. While we were checking in, she offered us a drink and also provided a map and explained all the main attractions. The rooms are nice and clean and was just enough for us to have a place where to sleep and shower. There were some toiletries provided as well. There was a selection of breakfast which you choose from. We had to checkout early to catch our morning flight, and we spoke with the lady the night before, so she offered us to book a taxi. Also, it was to our surprise that at 6am when we were waiting for taxi, she brought us a bag containing our breakfast! All the best recommendations to this place!

Clean, comfy, great location by the river and an easy short walk into the main town. Nice little orange juice stall just outside as well. Staff were helpful and super quiet and peaceful area

The villa is familly run. Tony the husband and the keeper of this property is kind helpful attentive . The tour he organized for me ,water fall + cave was great. Enjoyed my stay a lot. Great location .

We are so glad we stayed here! Kim was extremely helpful with everything we needed. She speaks great English! We rented a motorbike from her, we had our laundry done, we received great advice on all of the activities in area, and were told where the best restaurants in town were. She was extremely kind and made our trip to Luang Prabang extra special. The place is in a great location. You can walk to everything in town. The breakfast was great! It comes with fresh fruit and juice and there are multiple options for the main course to choose from. The room had everything we needed with several power outlets, hot water, soap, towels, nice pillows, working A/C, and great wi-fi. If we needed anything, we just asked Kim and she was there to help.

Our room was very nice and comfortable with a private balcony and bathroom. The breakfast provided was wonderful, and the staff and owners were super friendly and accommodating. Location is fantastic - not right in the middle of the downtown touristy areas but close enough to walk and get around easily.

Convenient location next to night market, morning market and walking distance to the many temples and riverfront area, helpful staff, lovely room, great breakfast. Staff very happy to organise transport from the airport and to the railway station, and to recommend dining options.

I liked that it was within walking distance to the river, night market, and restaurants. They helped arrange tours around the area too. They took really good care of us.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast and Lynn the manager does a great job arranging tours, taxis, laundry, explaining the location, she has answers to all questions you might have .

Great location right by the water! Room was clean, and AC and hot water worked well. Tons of good restaurants nearby. Hosts were super friendly and gave us lots of good recommendations for bakeries and things to do. They also helped a rent a motorbike.

It was a great ‘family business’ with a warm & welcoming atmosphere, nice breakfast and everyone so helpful. It was great to beable to use the bicycles to tour around Luang Prabang.
