Cleaned up well rooms , friendly staffs View from my room

The location and home-like serviced apartment, very clean and comfortable for a big family with kids. Facility has a nice restaurant in building, great location and helpful staff. Kitchen is well equipped and washing machine is a savior for a mom with a small kids.

Lovely staff. Very speedy service. Wonderful breakfast brunch. Comfortable rooms. Gorgeous view from the top and two fine swimming pools. It's a great value for money. They also accept cash and debit cards so it makes it much easier too. Great shopping malls and restaurants nearby. As a Muslim, I found a Halal restaurant right next to the hotel. It's all conveniently located and each member of the staff is graceful and courteous.

Every things about the hotel was great…The reception staff were great.. l would come back to the hotel in next visit to Hanoi

The place is just nice and relaxing. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. We also had fun kayaking.

Spacious rooms, clean, accessible

First time stay at this property - very nice / high end facility. I like staying near West Lake which is a lot less crazy than the main tourist area of Hoan Kiem / old quarter and much closer to the airport Still, plenty of restaurant options and a morning walk around the lake (about 15+ km or so) is always a nice way to start the day. Very nice morning breakfast buffet.

Great location near the lake and main area of the old quarter but still far enough away to not feel hectic. Nu was accommodating of our past midnight arrival and super helpful in booking tours and airport transfers.

The place is beautiful and nice.. everything is perfect 😘💛🤗 I highly recommend this place… probably gonna stay here again❣️❤️🤗 when we left our luggage, they allowed us leave them and get them anytime we want after our check-out. Paul and Cris are such hospitable persons..

The apartment was clean and spacious for the three of us. The location is within walking distance to the old quarter and other attractions.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The place is close to all the main tourist attractions in Hanoi, and even though t’s in a busy area, the room was very quiet. It was also spacious enough for a family of five. The host was extremely kind to our family and supported us organizing some different local activities.

Nice room with a good amount of space. Clean water to fill up water bottles.

Absolutely loooved the accommodation. I've lost a lot of time searching for hotels in Hanoi because I've had some bad experiences, but these suites have been top!! I tried 2 different rooms, the studio and the 2 room apartment and they are both spacious, well equipped, sparkling clean and with very comfy beds. Also, the people at the reception are the kindest souls I've met! They've helped me with so much, from booking a sleeper bus, to booking a taxi to the airport, to checking in in the middle of the night. They are true professionals and their service was impeccable

Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so so kind. I had a lovely stay both times (ended up coming back after I came back from Sapa). I can't stop taking about the staff, they were so gracious and welcoming and made me feel so at home. Wifi was good and the room was very clean. Thank you so much!

The overall place was very clean n their heater was perfect.

The apartment was clean and comfortable! The water pressure was excellent, making for a great shower experience. A water dispenser and washing machine were also provided, which added convenience. Detergent pods are available for purchase at 5,000d each. Overall, a fantastic stay—I would definitely come back again!
