I am very satisfied, in terms of the house, the atmosphere, comfort, cleanliness, everything is perfect. Highly recommended. The elevator/lift has no problems with being slow because I went on a weekday, not a school holiday. The swimming pool is very comfortable, beautiful and easy if we follow the rules . The accomodations was very comfortable

First time staying in Penang and this place is wonderful. My kids enjoy playing at the pool during our stay here. The room is sufficient enough to fit my family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids).

The whole apartment was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The water pressure was really good with hot water available at all times. Big windows allowed good lighting during the day and great views from the living room at dawn or dusk. It was well maintained with everything you need to feel like home. The place is spacious enough for 3 Asian women with one kid. Location is great, one cheap taxi ride away from Georgetown. There is a 7 Eleven downstairs in case. Checkin and out were easy as well.

View from level 33 was awesome!

I loved the view of the sea from both the bedroom and kitchen. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Strong water pressure in the shower and good hot water… the mattress was super comfy.

Place is clean and neat,and all facilities available like dish soap,clothes washing machine,dryer,hair dryer etc. Friendly host as well. 7eleven is just downstairs.

The owner of the hotel was friendly and answered all my queries promptly. He was also very accommodating. The staff were Amazing - helpful, very obliging and always service with a smile! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Everything was really well maintained in this colonial bungalow. The views were stunning! The food was delish and we ordered a lovely carrot cake for my uncle’s birthday. The steamboat dinner on our little private veranda on a rainy evening provided for excellent night views of the city lights below and the atmospheric experience of stunning lightning bolts lighting up the night sky! What an absolute treat. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Raj & team!

Everything are excellent, easy to chek in /out..the homestay very comfortable ..very clean....easy to get goceries because of many shop nearby...recommended in the future trip for family vacation🥰

I had booked this property before, but unfortunately, this time the owner seemed unprepared, missing out on our stay. However, he handled the situation well by politely acknowledging the oversight and quickly preparing a room for us. Although the air conditioning wasn't functional, the owner made genuine efforts to compensate for the inconvenience. Despite these hiccups, I still had a great overall experience, rating it 9/10.

We all stay like our own house

Very accommodating owner / property manager. The house is indeed very spacious for a big group like my family consists of 17 pax. Definitely worth it for the price. Location wise there's market very near and you can just walk to the area. I do encourage any big group of family to definitely grab this opportunity as it's worth your money.

The washing machine also has dryer function, which is very convenient.

The pool on the roof top was super and enjoyable, particularly during the early evening.

En-suite bathroom was a good perk. It’s close to the General Hospital which makes it a great location.

Everything was great, I did a self check-in with a code which was fantastic cause I didn’t have to carry the key with me all the time. I needed few things to charge my laptop and everything was provided fast. I definitely recommend it.
