the location, away from the crowded city but not too far, surrounded by two beautiful parks within a very walkable neighborhood, lies right in the middle between lisbon and sintra (10 euro to both by uber), also the host was very helpful and the place har everything we need

The grounds are lush and absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are very comfortable and high end. Dinner and breakfast were delicious too. Very serene and peaceful stay. Ricardo was an exceptional host and he exceeded our expectations in every way! His fine attention to detail made our stay extra special!

Spacious, very clean, well appointed, convenient for bus and metro, local supermarket close by, good gym equipment, quiet location, very handy for airport. Lovely cafe on site, also restaurants very close by. Would definitely recommend and hopefully re visit in the future.

I had a very nice stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is great and close to everything you might need. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

just 20min from the airport and very well connected with Lisbon main attractions. This villa is amazing to spend good time with the family.

Excellent location, just a short walk from some of Lisbon's main attractions, like the Igreja de Belém and the Padrão dos Descobrimentos. Perfect spot for exploring the city's historic area.

Location is superb. Lots of small local restaurants and the LX factory is very close, that place is amazing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Room was clean and cozy, all the necessary things were provided. The hotel staff were really friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any requests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming environment for their stay. By the way, breakfast was amazing! 10/10

Hotel was in a very good location, very clean, friendly service and beds were super comfy. The breakfast was well worth having. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved the staff and food! Breakfast is included they had a decent selection and a great coffee machine. Accommodated extra pillows when we asked. Shared bathrooms cleaned three times a day. Right beside the train station which will take you directly to Sintra or Rossia station! Priced reasonable and we would stay here again. Research the public transit if you stay here it’s much faster than Uber and don’t be afraid to ask the train desk agents for assistance.

Clean space and with all the facilities in house

Extremely smooth check-in process, met by a wonderful host who was ready to make our stay comfortable and introduce us to the surrounding area.

Great cleanliness. You can find everything you need in the apartment: washing machine, ironing board, clothesline and kitchen utensils. Communication with staff was great and easy, quick responses. Checkin was easy (if you read the instructions). The bed has multiple pillows, which I personally like. The balcony can also be useful to enjoy the sun a little bit. There was air conditioning, although we didn’t use it because it was still chilly in the evening

The host was very nice, we did have to pay 30 euros for late check-in but we were advised before. The property was nice, clean and equipped with the basic facilities, an extra gas cylinder was provided which was nice. They left us train cards which was very useful as we just needed to put money in at the nearby train station. The location can be a bit scary at night however, it is equipped with everything you need (train station, grocery stores, take out places, shopping)

I really enjoyed the room and the apartment. It was very big and fully equipped. Literally, had every appliance necessary and super important: everything was clean to a level that I have only found in my own house. Cleanliness is super important for me and I was positively surprised to feel so much at home. The owner was super flexible with the check-in. The vibe in the flat was super nice. Anything needed was answered to. There were supplies for shower and kitchen. I really felt good overall. The location has a mini-market just in front and with ubershare you can go around easily everywhere for a price similar to the bus ticket.

In short, we can confirm that the apartment, given its size and its location in a charming older building, truly exceeded our expectations. The kitchen facilities, wall decor, and fully equipped bathroom were delightful touches. While the apartment isn’t spacious, it’s evident in every corner that the hosts put great care into each detail, making this cozy space feel unique. Most importantly, hospitality and responsiveness are crucial to any booking experience, and Isabel and Francisco undoubtedly deserve the highest praise for their friendliness and attentiveness.

Liked the space, it was ample. Parking was easily found.

Everything was superb except heater as we feel bit cold .
