Great location--was a couple of miles from where we needed to be that weekend. The neighborhood's really quiet, and has a couple of coffee shops less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The beds were the highlight, so comfy, it made getting up a struggle! The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the bathroom.

The place is secured and clean The building is old but renovated. The owner is helpful and respectful There is a parking slot in the backyard of the building There is a camera in the front of the building and in-front of the studio controlled by the owner for safety.

Uta was an exceptional host who made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Her house is a living work of art, filled with personality, creativity, and thoughtful details. This isn't a place for people expecting a polished four-star hotel—it's an authentic experience with real character. Some doors even have two handles, and while some guests might find that unusual, I found myself smiling and enjoying the playful curiosity of it. If you appreciate places with soul rather than perfection, you'll love staying here.

Great location off Jefferson w a gas station and places to eat and markets walking distance. Host eas always available and everything super easy for check in and check out. Cool vibe inside the loft and Great value amd overall experience. I stayed for a week while home for Xmas and would recommend for anyone in town for a night or for an extended stay.

The bed was super soft and made for great night sleep. The shower got really hot, which I loved, and the stove was super helpful because I didn't wanna eat out a lot.

The host was great; he was very responsive and understanding The place was truly cozy, when we arrived it was warm. There was a fire place in the living room and heaters in both bedrooms. Overall, it was comfortable to stay in this place. Great value for the price!
