Property info

Prime location with a view of Comerica Park and Ford Field. You will be in the heart of Detroit walking distance to all major attractions, sporting events, theatre's, and the Detroit Riverfront. Many great restaurants in the area! The building was once an old historic hotel that has been transformed into cozy apartments. Original architecture can still be seen throughout the building. There is hourly metered street parking available, as well as daily rates at the Parking Garage across the street from the building entrance. Rates vary during events. You can access the building by coded entry and a smart lock on the apartment which will be sent to you day of check-in. Comerica Park - 4 minute walk Ford Field - 4 minute walk Detroit Opera House - 2 minute walk

Located in the heart of downtown Detroit, everything is easily accessible. Ford Field and Comerica Park are only steps away! Little Caesars Arena, Fox Theatre, Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts, Detroit Opera House, Hart Plaza, Greektown Casino, Detroit Riverwalk, Belle Isle, and TCF Center are just blocks away. There are endless dining and shopping options nearby. Downtown Detroit has no shortage of transportation options. Mogo, Detroit's bike share system, has 3 stations one block away. Qline is Detroit's circulating streetcar that runs 3.3 miles along Woodward Avenue between Congress Street and West Grand Boulevard. The nearest Qline station is two blocks away.
