I was a little nervous being this was my first private rental outside a hotel . My friend and I rented two of them next to each other . It was soo fun ! They were absolutely beautiful, comfortable and the host was so responsive. Honestly better than most hotels and for reference I usually stay at 4+ . It had so much charm I felt safe and really got a feel of the community. The location is very convenient whether you want to have a nice little brunch at RH or San Ysiadro ranch or zip over to the Rosewood or downtown. We can’t wait to go back summer . Despite the previous bad reviews regarding pets …. I had my pet with me and it wasn’t a problem at all . The host was extremely welcoming to my little Thor :) However if you have bigger dogs that may bark and disturb the neighborhood I can see it being an issue .

Beautiful home with thoughtfulness to detail and amenities. Beds were very comfortable. Great that it was willing distance from downtown shops and eateries.

The property is charming and pretty. The arched window and little garden outside are beautiful and it’s so peaceful to sit in the garden. The unit is very clean, well appointed and the host, Natty, made sure we were comfortable. The location is terrific. Very close to Summerland and not far from Santa Barbara. You have to drive to the beaches but they are close by and beautiful.

So beautiful. The house is very beautiful, newly remodeled and decorated. The view is spectacular!! So many touches from complimentary wine, extra blankets and towels.
