This place is A1, 5 stars, and every other superlative one can think of. Clean, bright, and shiny facilities. Not over-the-top with silly touches, just very solid and very comfortable. From the friendly in-person greeting from Bianca, to the precise and concise tutorial on the details, this place is in the top 1% of accommodations we've found in our travels. Great location for visiting the national park, easy walk to dinner and good Spar grocery.

I was travelling with my bike and spent one night at the Paardenhof. I am extremely happy I chose to stay there: the location is beautiful and very quiet, ideal to relax after a full day of cycling. Also, it is very close to Zwolle and easy to reach from there. It is ideal as a start or end point if you are exploring the area of the Veluwe. The host was extremely friendly and kind. I found the room very cosy and comfortable, and slept very well. The breakfast was super, I loved it. The owners paid a lot of attention to every detail to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, B&B Paardenhof exceeded my expectations, I would definitely recommend it and I hope to be back one day.

The garden is straight out of a fairy tale, it's that amazing. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the breakfast there under the tent. The owners are super nice and went out of their way to help us.

The room was super clean and modern with a high ceiling. The large bed was comfortable. Supplementary gels and lotions smelled delicious. Many basic facilities included, making it perfect for a a short stay. The location is easily reachable by foot from the central station. It's also very easy to grab breakfast, cafes are practically across the street.

The location was perfect for exploring Doesburg, Hummelo and other new areas of the Netherlands. Petra was the best host! I enjoyed visiting with her and learning about the local history, as well as recommendations for some good shopping. Her breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start the day.
