Clean, secure and had everything I needed. Satellite tv was nice. The shower was good. Kitchen was appropriate for two people.

Location was phenomenal… Walking distance to everything, including the absolutely gorgeous park across the street. It was also a plus to have washers and dryers halfway through our trip. Game changer!

The location. It’s walkable to the lake, the shopping areas, with busses passing in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy with a balcony that is high-up that you see the whole town and mountains and are beautiful at night. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast in the morning is typical of the area but the fresh coffee is good, shout-out to Claudio, he is a gem and very attentive.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 656 feet from the Lugano train station. It offers a park with a pool, free WiFi and a limited number of free parking...
