This is a great little hotel just a short walk from the town centre with comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. We needed to send a bike bag here before our arrival so we could fly back and this was no problem at all. They even sent a photo of the box once it had arrived. Highly recommended.

Beautiful building in a centric place. I visited Punta Arenas in the coldest time but the Hotel had excellent heating system for my kids. I was happy about my choice! Praise the Lord!

It was definitely the best and most welcoming accomodation I had in Chile. The place is located just in the centre of the city, it has everything you need. The family running the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful, we spent with them amazing time. Surely will come back next time! Recommending to everyone!

You don’t stay here for the perfect location. Or the nice rooms and space Which both are perfect You stay here because of Mauricios, the host. What an incredible human! We checked in and he found out we just got engaged so when we came back to the appt after exploring the town he had candles lit and a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate. Then the next two nights he proceeded to make us smoked trout for dinner and make us feel like we weren’t guest in his home, but part of his family

A charming place. Our apt. roomy and so nice. The lounge is so pretty with illustrations on the walls. Love the map on one wall that outlines the history of the country. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location.

The host was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious with a nice view of the city. Everything was clean. We were able to do laundry, which was a bonus.

Amazing hosts, one of the best. They helped us so much. The place is cozy and comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Bathrooms are also quite good. We felt like living with family. They also helped us get airport transfer. They also saved breakfast for us when we came back from the Penguin tour. Later in the week, even when we were not staying with them, they allowed us to camp at their place for a couple of hours to wait for the airport taxi. The warmth we felt was incredible. Thanks for making the stay memorable for us.
