There were a lot of volunteers here but they were so friendly and helpful! They'd welcome you to join any activities they were doing and if you were missing any gear, would offer their own personal things! It felt more like staying at a friend's house than a hostel!

Truly an outstanding place! It was spotless — super clean and modern, with very clear instructions to access the apartment. The space is small but incredibly well-designed and comfortable, with absolutely everything you need, even for cooking. The bed was amazing, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

Amazing! Christian and his family are lovely hosts who went above and beyond. The room is excellent - nice and warm, contains everything you could need and the bed is amazing. The breakfast is phenomenal. We will come back any time we return to Puerto Natales.
