Location, clean comfortable room and bed. Great shower. Cool and quiet with the window open at night. No air conditioning but there is a fan in the room if needed. Fabulous breakfast - they are associated with the Italian restaurant next door- with 2 hot beverages offered and kind excellent staff at breakfast and reception. Garage to keep bikes safely locked.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay with our hosts, Claudia and Mia being present to check us in, and to introduce us to the accommodations. The bike garage was a very pleasant way to secure bikes out of the weather, the covered patio/picnic area was super comfy in the iffy weather, and a big thanks to Mia for the wonderful welcome gift.

The facilities were very nice - an charming old building that has been nicely renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For one day, we asked for a snack outside breakfast hours as we had an early appointment, and we received a delicious breakfast to-go.
