Cheap hotels in Farchant

Very welcoming stuff, nice small room, wonderful view, good shower, nice breakfast. The stuff helped us contacting the car rental company after we had a problem with the car and with their assistance the problem was solved.

Our Sissy suite was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was awesome and did absolutely everything to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The breakfast was amazing: it included everything one could wish for and the service was top notch. Highly recommended: it is worth that little extra to reserve a suite, like the Sissy - it's unforgettable.

The breakfast buffet was very good with eggs, breads, fruits, juices and coffee. Barbara the owner was very hospitable and friendly. In the old section of Garmish with clean facilities. I would highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! They served the freshest croissants I have ever had in my life. Large assortment of food. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and roomy. Room #311 has a great view of the Alpspitze, Waxenstein and Kramer-Amazingly beautiful! Great location, too! Looking forward to coming back soon!

It was adorable. Perfect for a little town in the mountains of Germany. Lovely breakfast included. Location was excellent. Restaurants nearby. Easy train access.

The hotel is located near the train station, just by 2-3 mins walk. The room is cozy and comfortable. The hotel itself has also restaurant section but unfortunately I havent experienced it as it close on the day i visit (Thursday).

There are so many good things to say about this place, it's hard to know where to start. The mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking, and beyond what can be captured in photos. The kitchen was extremely well furnished; not only did it have all of the utensils, appliances, and equipment needed for cooking, but there were even basic pantry items like oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, etc., plus a beautiful array of teas. Communication with our host was superb - it was timely and thorough, with excellent follow up. We truly felt well cared for. The apartment itself was thoughtfully appointed with comfortable beds, a large dining room table, outdoor furniture on both balconies, and even clothes-drying racks for drying laundry. Toys, games, books, and puzzles were plentiful, as well. One of our favorite features of the unit was the window wall facing the mountains that opened completely on one side, allowing for fresh air and an indoor/outdoor living space that made the space truly exceptional. As for the location, it is within a three-minute walk to a fresh milk stand, two bakeries, the tourist office, a bank, an ice cream shop, and restaurants. In other words, it was perfect. We can hardly wait for our next visit!

Quiet location, but close to all the activities. Easy drive to Garmisch, Neuschwanstein, and Oberammergau. Very friendly staff! On our first night, we were welcomed with complimentary slices of homemade cake delivered to our room. Large breakfast buffet with lots of choices of meats, cheese, veg, fruit, pastries, pretzels, and eggs.

Great value, better than average breakfast, comfortable bed, ergonomic room set up. Well above average sauna area with ample lounge chairs. After snowboarding all day, Finnish and Dampf saunas were super (especially since GAP pool/sauna is under construction). Terrific and friendly staff who all spoke English.

The apartment was nicely decorated and had a beautiful panoramic view at the mountains. We loved the coziness, warm blankets and cleanliness of the apartment. Moreover the stay included a sauna which we have used a couple times after returning from winter hikes. The hostess was super nice, personally introduced us to the apartment and replied immediately to any questions. Would recommend :)
