Great hotel, with lots of effort in their decor. Well located, affordable and clean. Rooms are spacious, staff is very kind, breakfast is basic but in line with what you are paying for, still good! Rooftop is nice and safe! Overall a good stay and will return when in Quito!

We love staying at Mercure. The location is great, staff is friendly and very helpful and the heated pool is definitely our favorite. Will be back soon 😌

This was my third stay. Highly recommend! Couldn't be a better location in old town. Breakfast has improved, and there are unlimited coffee refills. This is a safe, comfortable, and charming place to stay right in the heart of things.

Lovely place. Very Friendly staff and they took great care of me. I was very happy to stay here for a week and you are very close to all the big historic churches.

Secret Garden is definitely the place to stay in Quito and for that obvious reason it’s always busy. It’s so clean all the time - it doesn’t matter which floor , what time you go , cleanliness is the first thing that strikes you especially 100+ people stay there a night. Food - 50%off for guests which is amazing deal and such a beautiful rooftop to sit and watch the city glow in the night . The tour agency is so helpful with information related to tour or no tour - doesn’t matter , you ask them anything and they help you out . So friendliness of the staff stands out too. Beds - all the ground floor beds have a curtain and all beds have 2 usb and 1 plug, night light and cute little cupboard near the bed to keep phone and other small items . It’s so nice to have something like this where you can keep all your important things while you sleep right next to you and even a bottle holder . Such small things make a big difference.

Very good value for money, excellent location. Traveling either to the north or south was easy due to the metro being close by, malls, food, etc.

it looked brand new! we didn't get to use the kitchen, but it was a great option to have. they gave us a free water bottle.
